What's New at WSquare

Limitations on access to our building | Beginning after Easter weekend, the front of the sanctuary will be under construction and the parking lot will be dug up. This is projected to take 5-8 weeks to complete. We are thinking about solutions, so that we can continue to move around in our building and gather for worship.

Flowers Sunday are to the glory of God and in memory of Brooke Smith, with love from her Thursday Evening group.

Memorial Easter Lilies | Easter lilies will be sold Sunday after both worship services. Cost $8/each.

Solutions for Parking | For several weeks during April and May two thirds of our parking lot will be unavailable on Sunday mornings. This is for the installation of Geo-Thermal pipes, and then complete resurfacing. It will be necessary for many of us to park on the streets surrounding the church. We know that for some who are elderly, or have small children, it may be difficult to walk several blocks to the church. We have two solutions: there will be some parking spots in the back lot that will be reserved for ‘valet parking’. We are looking for a short-term team of volunteers who will park cars after they pull up to the front doors of the church. We are also considering a ‘shuttle van’ service from nearby parking lots in the downtown core. Gathering Band Sound | We are looking for people who have an aptitude for music, and might enjoy learning how to mix live sound. Speak to Richard Wagg at the sound board before or after the 9am service, or ask anyone in the Gathering Band for more information.

Rummage Sale | It’s time again to save your good used clothing, housewares, books, jewellery etc. for the Rummage Sale on Sat. June 26. Please do not bring any items in before Monday, June 21, as there is no space to store them before then!
