Children's Ministries - Graceland

GraceLand Sundays at 9am

Our Children’s Ministry programming, is for children from 0 months to grade 8 to explore God’s word and love through age-appropriate activities, story-time, crafts, music, drama, games and more with our loving and devoted team of volunteers.

Jesus loves kids—Wellington Square United Church loves kids!! We call our kid’s ministry, “GraceLand.” A place full of God’s grace.

We owe our children love and compassion not ignorance. “Jesus said, ‘Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these’.” Matthew 19:14

Jesus is love.

Sunday morning is our time to come together to worship God and learn the love that Jesus brings in ways we understand.

We believe children need to know this truth. GraceLand strives to teach this truth in fun, relevant ways. We desire for all children to know that Jesus loves them. That He values them and that the church needs them.

We believe parents need to be their children’s #1 spiritual nurturers. GraceLand can be a place to help reinforce this spiritual nourishment. One of our goals is to be more responsible in equipping parents to develop their faith at home with their children.

Fun, safe and friendly are a part of what GraceLand offers for your children as they learn about Jesus on Sundays, but we also provide a variety of mid-week ministries that they can connect into that will help strengthen all the above mentioned.
