Self Care Saturday

As we gather around coffee, tea, smoothie tasters and muffins we will explore how we care for our body, mind and spirit by exercising healthy priorities and recognizing limits. We will do an aroma reset to reduce stress and get unstuck. Then we will do some gentle breathing and movement, learn a lymph massage technique and finish with a reflective spiritual practice.
