faith & spirituality

A big part of what we do is exploring our faith and spirituality and offering ways to grow and connect with God. For us, it’s not about getting answers, but exploring the questions, learning together, and looking at how the wisdom of Jesus shapes our lives and our world.

find something to help you grow…

  • the essentials

    Mondays, Oct 5, Nov 16, Dec 7, Jan 18, Feb 15, and March 15 from 7–8:30 pm

The Essentials is a six-session course exploring the heart of the Christian story through the life of Jesus, our shared values, and the practices that shape a life of love.

Rather than giving you all the right answers, we'll help you build a healthy foundation for asking better questions, growing with intention, and discovering a faith that's thoughtful, authentic, and deeply meaningful.

Whether you're exploring Christianity for the first time, returning after years away, or reimagining what faith could look like today, we'd love to walk the journey with you. Reach out to Nick with questions.

  • Faith & Coffee - our weekly bible study

    We start on Sept 21.

Belonging is a women’s group where you can come as you are. A place to share what’s happening in life, meet new people, laugh together, and have the deeper conversations we don’t always get around to having. We talk about the things that matter—faith, relationships, change, loss, joy, uncertainty, and all the ordinary moments in between.

You don’t need to know anyone before you come. Just come as you are. For more info, contact Rev Kim.

  • writers circle

    Tuesdays, Oct 6th - Nov 24th from 1-3pm

You don’t need to be a “real writer” to come. This is a space to try things, find your voice, and make time for the words that have been rattling around in your head. Through prompts, journalling, gentle feedback, and a little courage, we’ll explore different styles of writing together—no perfectionism required. Sign up at the Welcome Table or contact Carla.

  • Book Club

    Monday, Oct 5 and 22, 7-9pm

This is a study for anyone who has ever encountered the Bible - you don’t need to have read it, but you’ve heard it used, maybe seen it weaponized … or had it weaponized against you. Or maybe you did read it or parts of it but have struggled with how they fit with life in a real 21st century world.

This book looks at the lenses that folks use to read the Bible and then focuses our attention on ones that are restorative and helpful. So, we want to spend some time together not just discussing the book but testing out the approach to reading together.

Let’s see what we can learn. Grab a copy from your library or local bookstore.

  • kids club

    Sundays, Nov 1, Dec 6, Jan 10, Feb 7, Mar 7, Apr 4, May 2 from 4-5:30pm

There’s a space between being a little kid and being ready for youth group.

Kids Club is for kids in Grades 4–7 who are figuring out who they are, what they care about, and how to navigate the everyday stuff of growing up.

Each month brings something new—a conversation, activity, challenge, or topic that connects faith with real life. Friendships. Confidence. Kindness. Social media. Stress. Making good choices. Belonging. Questions about the world around us.

No big answers required. Just a place to talk, listen, laugh, wonder, and be yourself

  • Flow

    Mondays, 930-10:15, starting Oct 19.

Sometimes the most spiritual thing we can do is slow down and pay attention.

Flow is a gentle, reflective yoga class that invites you to care for your whole self: body, mind, and spirit. Through accessible movement, stretching, and breathing practices, we'll create space to quiet the noise, reconnect with ourselves, and remember that we are more than our productivity, our worries, or the expectations we carry.

Every class is designed to be safe and accessible for a wide range of ages, abilities, and mobilities.
