In our tradition, the church isn’t led by staff, but by the people who call it ‘home.’ That’s where our Board and other teams come in. They are people elected from the community who work together and with our staff to lead us, help us pursue our vision, ensure we’re living out our values, and be responsible stewards of all our resources, including your time, energy, and donations. While our staff will offer a lot of directon and leadership, they are responsible and accountable to the Board.
